The architecture brief: Combine a lot of different dining options and have them together but keep the space looking large and inviting.
The restaurant has several spaces that work together to create the whole. Downstairs are smaller groups and dining, with a bar and pick up point for take away. Then upstairs there are two main areas linked by a second bar which can function as one space or an event can be held at one end and dining at the other.
The main feature is the glass roof. This floods the space with light and provides an almost terrace type atmosphere. The space is also opened up with this central void.
With light and inviting materials, the space has been opened up and each dining area has its own views to the outside.
Custom marble benchtops, custom joinery, bespoke metal details, terrazzo flooring, oak timber flooring and feature render walls bring it all together.
