Our published customer support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm. Confirm the timezone and public-holiday availability with us. These hours apply to customer support; office visits and production appointments need separate arrangements.
For an existing booking, use DREAM to manage your order. Call 1300 144 255 for same-day rescheduling or if your preferred booking time is not shown. See our booking and delivery FAQs for the applicable rules, fees and turnaround guidance.
Our website lists both the DREAM login and the Urban Angles app login. Use the link supplied with your booking or follow the current DREAM guidance if you need help accessing your account.

Privacy enquiries and postal correspondence
Our privacy policy gives studio@urbanangles.com for privacy questions and complaints. It also lists 35 Mount St, Prahran, VIC 3181, Australia as a postal contact, which differs from our Richmond Head Office address above. Please confirm the appropriate mailing address before sending physical correspondence; the policy does not establish whether the Prahran address remains valid.

Does Urban Angles work outside those cities?
Yes — the service is Australia-wide across metropolitan and regional markets, with photographers available at short notice across the country. National coverage does not mean identical turnaround or travel costs everywhere, so confirm scheduling and any location-specific charges for your project.
What should I include in an enquiry?
The property or development address and access conditions, the services you need and the campaign channels they are for, your target audience and brand guidelines, your preferred production date and required delivery date, and a contact for access, approvals and amendments. The enquiry form also asks your role — property developer, real estate agent, builder, private vendor, advertising agency or other.
I need to change a booking today — what do I do?
Call Customer Support on 1300 144 255. Same-day rescheduling cannot be done in DREAM. For changes before the booking day, use the calendar icon on your DREAM Dashboard or select the date inside the order.
Who do I contact about an existing order?
Customer Support on 1300 144 255 or studio@urbanangles.com handles scheduling assistance, same-day changes and other operational requests. Image selections and amendments should go through DREAM rather than email or phone, as they process faster — video amendment comments go through Vimeo.
Can private sellers enquire, or is it agencies only?
Both. We work with real estate agencies, home builders, property developers, architects, advertising agencies, brands and private vendors. The enquiry form includes Private Vendor as a role option.
Can I hire the studio?
We offer studio hire for photo and film production, with support discussed with the creative team. The hire-service page does not publish the address, dimensions, equipment, access times or rates. Confirm these rather than assuming a listed office or historical portrait studio is the hire venue.
How quickly will I get a response?
Our homepage enquiry acknowledgement says the team will be in touch in the next couple of hours, but this is not a general response-time guarantee. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm. Phone 1300 144 255 for a time-critical request or same-day change.
