Linkage Property, together with RPM Real Estate, sought collaboration from UA to create a meaningful identity for the community that connected with the lives of the people of Ballarat while distinguishing the project as a more special place to live.

To do this, we drew inspiration from the surrounding environment of rural pastures, vineyards and a local city with a strong historical tie. We created Rivulet as an ode to the natural wetland reserves running through the estate with a story linked to the flow of a River emulating the flow of life.
