The Verdant Hill land estate had been in the market for more than two years when Urban Angles was engaged to create and guide a new creative direction for the project. As one of a plethora of competing large estates in Tarneit, the previous brand lacked strength in identity and struggled to find its footing.
We took the opportunity to rebirth the project almost literally. Drawing on the horticultural heritage of the project location, and interpreting the visual cues of the target buyer demographic, we developed a conceptual theme of growth presented through botany and nostalgia.
