One caution on specifications: our published guide uses the phrase "Ultra HD 1080", which is not a consistent technical label. Do not read 4K, a frame rate, codec or bitrate into it — confirm the actual delivery format.

Prestige Property Video

The directed, gold-class production for properties that warrant it.

We describe talent as something the package may include rather than a guaranteed inclusion — confirm it in your scope. Drone footage is an add-on.

A bespoke production shaped to the property, the story and the budget. Our guide lists possible elements rather than fixed inclusions:

Turnaround

These are published operating estimates. Confirm the deadline for your order; our terms make delivery dependent on full instructions and do not guarantee estimated dates.

Our service page mentions a "typical 48–72-hour turnaround". Our operational terms are more specific, and they describe a first draft rather than a finished film:

For Prestige and Custom, we colour grade after the final draft is approved — so approval sits between the first draft and the finished file. Do not plan a campaign on the assumption of a completed, approved video within 48–72 elapsed hours; confirm the final delivery deadline for your product.

Express delivery is not available on video. Express applies to photography and floor plans only.

Booking and scheduling

Video requires a separate booking from photography and floor-plan work, so our production teams do not interfere with one another. Photography and floor plans can share an appointment; video cannot be bolted onto one.

Shoot duration depends on the property size, production complexity and the deliverables required. There is no standard appointment length across the packages — discuss the shoot with our videographers before booking so interiors, exteriors and surrounding context can be captured efficiently.

In adverse weather, we usually reschedule video and drone work while photography and floor-plan work proceeds. Weather-related rescheduling does not attract the cancellation fee.

Amendments and review

We handle video feedback through Vimeo, separately from the DREAM markup process used for photography and image amendments. We normally turn minor amendments around in 2–4 business hours, and extra or out-of-scope amendments may attract a fee.

Drone footage in video

We often combine ground-level and drone footage to show location, scale and context. Drone is listed as an add-on for Social, Showcase and Prestige; for Custom work, agree whether bespoke drone footage is included in the scope.

Delivery and formats

We professionally edit and colour-grade final footage and prepare it for online platforms and property listings, with format, resolution and length adapted for listing portals, social media and websites.

Standard durations, aspect ratios, codecs, file extensions, edit rounds, music licensing, captions, voiceover, raw footage access and usage rights are not published as universal inclusions. Confirm the ones that matter to your campaign before production.

We retain completed files for about 90 days, so download and store your own copies.

Pricing

We publish a video starting price of from $440 in our products and services guide. That is a category entry point, not a rate for Showcase, Prestige or Custom work.

On commercial terms: our quoted prices exclude GST; delivery, freight and insurance may be charged in addition; quotes are current at the quote date and may change on 14 days' notice; and the usual invoice payment term is 14 days from the invoice date, subject to the written quote or notified arrangements. Extra video amendments may attract a fee. Request a current written quote for the property, service mix and turnaround.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the finished video?

Social trailers run approximately 45–60 seconds, Showcase 45–90 seconds, and the Prestige feature 2–3 minutes. Custom productions are set by scope.

How many social edits do I get?

Social includes one 30-second horizontal and one 30-second vertical edit. Showcase includes a 10–15 second social edit. Prestige includes three 15-second teasers.

When will I see the first cut?

Social and Showcase: close of business two business days after filming. Prestige and Custom: three business days. On Prestige and Custom we colour grade after you approve the final draft.

Can I be in the video?

Showcase includes an agent introduction or conclusion on request, filmed within the allocated on-site time. Agent voiceover is available as an add-on.

Is drone footage included?

Drone is an add-on for Social, Showcase and Prestige. For a Custom production, confirm whether it is included in the agreed scope.

Can video be booked at the same time as photography?

No. Video requires a separate booking so our production teams do not interfere with one another. Photography and floor plans can share an appointment.

Can I get video delivered on Express?

No. Express applies to photography and floor plans only.

What video products does Urban Angles offer?

Four published property-video products: the Social Property Trailer, the Showcase Property Video, the Prestige Property Video and the Custom Property Video. They differ in crew, time on site, runtime and deliverables.

What is included in the Social Property Trailer?

Up to one hour on site with a specialty camera operator, a principal video of approximately 45–60 seconds, up to 15 shots, and one 30-second horizontal plus one 30-second vertical social edit. Drone footage is an add-on, not part of the base package.

What is included in the Showcase Property Video?

One to two hours on site with a specialty camera operator, an agent introduction or conclusion if requested (filmed within the allocated on-site time), a principal video of approximately 45–90 seconds, and a 10–15 second social edit. Drone footage and agent voiceover are available as add-ons.

What is included in the Prestige Property Video?

Urban Angles direction and production, three crew on site, professional camera and lighting equipment, complete property coverage, music selection, prestige colour grading with sky replacement where required, one 2–3 minute feature video and three 15-second social teasers. Talent is described as something the package may include rather than a guaranteed inclusion — confirm it in your scope.

What does a Custom Property Video cover?

A bespoke production scoped to the property, story and budget. Possible elements include talent, scriptwriting, sit-down interviews, professional lighting, bespoke aerial drone footage, extended time-lapse, custom lifestyle footage, advanced motion graphics, sky replacement and visual effects, and multiple revisions. Agree which elements and revision rounds are included before production.

When will I see the first cut?

Social and Showcase: first draft by close of business two business days after filming is completed on site. Prestige and Custom: three business days. For Prestige and Custom, colour grading happens after the final draft is approved, so approval sits between the first draft and the finished file.
