The sale of 145 Point Lonsdale Road for more than $6 million smashed the previous record.
The new owner of the property is prestige home builder David McDonald and he was delighted with his purchase, saying “It was a good sale and it’s an awesome spot - you just have to pay for it.”
The two-story house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms on 702 square metres was listed for between $6.2 million and $6.8 million.
