Our Videographers are the essential ingredient to our success. We’re the experts in the field and are known for delivering content that pushes boundaries and raises standards. As a Videographer for Urban Angles, you’ll report to the Creative Production Manager and work with our Operations, Video, and Production teams to produce high-quality imagery and bespoke video projects with the style, confidence, and finesse our clients devour.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

● Own & Deliver: Interpret briefs and create bespoke video content that reflects your technical ability as an operator, including conducting and filming interviews, audio recording on location, and capturing drone footage.
● Engage: Make genuine connections with our clients, and collaborate with our partners and internal teams to deliver creative and appropriate solutions that adhere to timelines and predetermined schedules.
● Promote: Identify opportunities for innovation and demonstrate your expertise with your on-camera competency and understanding of video production processes.
● Be Bold: Make good, quick decisions confidently while pushing fresh, bold concepts and innovative approaches to take our client’s briefs to the next level.

Is this you?

You’re creative, organised, and autonomous, a Video Operator with proven technical expertise and charisma that charms the birds from the trees. You’re an effective communicator who thinks fast and can juggle multiple projects on the fly while staying as cool as a cucumber under pressure. Ideally, you understand basic editing, colour grading, and post-production processing, but more importantly, you’re driven by quality, innovation, and a passion to knock the socks off our clients with your game-changing imagery.

Essential for this role –

● A well-developed folio showcasing a variety of imagery, preferably across the property, architecture, corporate, and event sectors, as well as an understanding of lighting, lensing, and exposure
● Ideally, your own gear including gimbal, monitor/records, and audio
● An unrestricted Driver’s License, and a vehicle.

As a Photographer for Urban Angles, you’ll report to the Photography Manager, and work with our Production, Floor Plan, and Retouching teams to produce high-quality images that are creative, bold, and inspiring, and contribute to our reputation as an authority in the field.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

● Own & Deliver: Produce, prep, and proof high-quality residential real estate photographs (day and dusk), and agent portraits in our studio, to a predetermined booking schedule.
● Engage & Promote: Impress our clients, specifically agents, vendors, and tenants, onsite with your technical ability and casual professionalism, to effectively communicate product expectations and the desired outcomes of each booking.
● Be Bold: Make good, quick decisions confidently while pushing fresh, bold concepts and innovative approaches to take our client’s briefs to the next level.

Is this you?

You’re creative, driven, and consistent, an experienced Photographer with proven technical ability using professional camera systems. You talk the talk and walk the walk, connecting with people organically, balancing multiple projects on the run, and hitting deadlines without breaking a noticeable sweat. Ideally, you’ll have experience shooting real estate, but more importantly, you’re motivated, committed, and passionate about capturing that bolder perspective.
