The Urban Angles Way

Workflow model

Urban Angles publishes a tailored project process: understand the client's brand and way of working, plan the project, produce and check the assets, then deliver them through its app. The process page says the workflow is designed at the beginning of a relationship or project; it does not describe one fixed production timetable for every service. 1. Prepare the client information

The onboarding page asks prospective clients to have these items ready:

Information What the page explicitly requests
Business details ABN and/or ACN, plus the finance contact
Marketing details Logos, style guides and information about the desired brand character
Terms Familiarity with the linked client Terms and Conditions

The page does not specify a required billing system, credit application, payment method, minimum spend or mandatory file format for logos. Do not invent those requirements. It also does not say that submitting this information alone creates an account or confirms a booking. Source: Onboarding

The onboarding page links to client Terms and Conditions, which were recovered after an initial collection failure. Their preamble makes them subject to any different provision in a written quote. Published terms include a usual 14-day invoice payment period, subject to the quote or notified changes; quoted prices exclude GST; delivery dates are estimates; and image use is licensed rather than a general transfer of copyright. See turnaround pricing and policies and privacy licensing and terms for details. The FAQ is a separate operational source, so review the actual quote and terms for a particular engagement.

2. Establish the brief and plan

The process page describes a dedicated account team working with the client to understand:

Urban Angles says it then develops a plan around those needs. This supports describing the service as tailored. It does not establish the exact account-team composition, meeting frequency, a project-management platform or a universal fixed fee. Source: planning stage

Suggested briefing questions, inferred from the process: identify the property or development, campaign audience, deliverables, brand guidelines, publication channels, deadline, access arrangements and review contact. This is a useful preparation checklist, not an official additional set of mandatory Urban Angles inputs.

3. Configure the order and schedule

The FAQ provides the operational ordering path in DREAM:

  1. Sign in using the supplied account credentials.
  2. Add the property address and details.
  3. Select a saved Favourite or build a product selection.
  4. Schedule each product.
  5. Review and confirm the order.

The Urban Angles Way defines an order as the overall property job and a booking as an individual service within it, such as photography or a floor plan. An email follows confirmed orders. Source: order terminology Available service times are displayed during scheduling, and products can be booked for the same or different days. Photography and floor-plan work can be scheduled together; video requires a separate booking to avoid interference between teams. The source does not say a requested slot is held before confirmation. Source: Ordering and Bookings FAQ

DREAM's “Favourites” are saved combinations of products. Office administrators create and edit them for office-wide use. A user can add products to a selected Favourite during an individual order; that is different from editing the shared Favourite itself. See dream ordering and support for the detailed ordering guide.

4. Arrange access

The FAQ lists several access methods: a key safe, meeting an agent/vendor/tenant or another person on site, key collection for an additional fee, or no private access where the job does not need it. Different days can have different access arrangements.

Access information must be provided 24 hours in advance. The FAQ says customers receive a reminder the preceding day when access details are missing. A contact name and phone number help field staff resolve problems such as finding the property or coordinating arrival. The source does not publish a key-collection fee amount.

Access details can be changed through the Dashboard calendar control or the booked-time entry inside an order. Same-day rescheduling requires a call to customer support. Source: Access and Bookings FAQ

5. Produce the assets and check quality

The process page lists photography, filming, creation, colour correction, editing and design as activities performed by its teams, according to the project. It states that work is created within the client's brand identity and overseen by a quality-control team for accuracy and standards.

This is evidence of Urban Angles' stated internal process. It does not specify a numerical quality threshold, certification, named reviewer, client acceptance test or unlimited corrections. Source: production stage

For photography, the FAQ says the product's image count influences the time allocated on site. Proofing is an optional choice: with proofing, the client chooses which images proceed to post-production; without it, the photographer makes that selection. The FAQ describes all photography products as using Prestige as the base standard, rather than identifying Prestige as a separate photography tier in the current DREAM workflow. Source: Ordering FAQ

6. Review, select and amend

Customers receive an email when proofs are ready. The email leads to DREAM, where image selections are submitted to the post-production team. For image amendments, use pins positioned on the part of the image that requires attention and add clear comments. The Urban Angles Way specifically routes photography and floor-plan amendments through the UA Portal and video amendment comments through Vimeo; do not assume that every type of feedback uses the same channel. Source: proof and amendments workflow The FAQ states that these selections and markups should be submitted through DREAM; email or phone selections slow the process.

The timing for proofed photography begins with submission of the selections, subject to the FAQ's 5 pm cutoff. It therefore differs from photography delivered without customer proofing. Video timings refer to a first draft, and the FAQ notes that colour grading is completed after approval of the final draft. See turnaround pricing and policies before describing expected delivery dates. Source: Image selections, Turnaround and Editing FAQs

7. Deliver the campaign assets

The process page says assets are delivered from the Urban Angles app to publishers and platforms, sized and configured for the client's workflow. It does not name supported publishers, establish automatic syndication to every listing portal, or document API integrations, file formats, storage retention or export limits.

The FAQ names DREAM as the ordering, booking, proofing and image-markup environment and links to the Urban Angles app login. The process page uses the more general term “Urban Angles app.” Treat those descriptions as the company's published workflow context, without claiming that every app feature or third-party delivery integration was independently tested. Save delivered assets

The Urban Angles Way says final assets are kept for approximately 90 days and then removed, and asks customers to save their files. Download and retain campaign assets in the client's own storage; do not promise indefinite portal access or later archive recovery. This is approximate website guidance, not a guaranteed contractual retention period, and the page does not define the exact start date for that period. Confirm any special storage requirement. Support and items to confirm

The FAQ lists support on Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm, at 1300 144 255 and studio@urbanangles.com. It does not state the timezone or public-holiday arrangements.

Confirm the actual project scope, schedule, price, relevant terms and any unusual source-image or access requirements with the team. Public descriptions of a tailored process and quality control are not guaranteed sales outcomes or a universal turnaround promise. Source: Customer Support section

What is The Urban Angles Way?

The five-stage delivery process behind every job: Order, Booking, Proof, Post-Production and Delivery. It is how a property brief becomes finished campaign assets.

Stage 1 — Order: how does it work?

Choose products through the UA Portal (DREAM) or with help from Customer Support, and supply briefing notes, access information and contact details. An order covers the whole property job; each individual service within it — photography, a floor plan — is a separate booking with its own schedule.

Stage 2 — Booking: what happens on the day?

Expert field teams work the angles, space and light of the property. Brief any specific requirements before the booking rather than on the day, so they can be planned into the shoot. Access details need to be with Urban Angles 24 hours ahead.

Stage 3 — Proof: how do I select and amend?

You receive an email when proofs are ready. Review the images, make your selections, and flag amendments using pin-based markups in the UA Portal for photography and floor plans, or through Vimeo for video. Submitting through the portal processes faster than email or phone.

Stage 4 — Post-Production: what happens to the files?

Retouching for photography, drafting for floor plans and production editing for video, completed to timeframes matching your brand style and the service tier booked. Work is created within your brand identity and checked by a quality-control team.

Stage 5 — Delivery: how do I receive the assets?

Campaign assets arrive through the UA Portal or an integrated marketing platform, sized and configured for the way you work, ready to go live.

When does the delivery clock actually start?

For standard photography, from completion of the onsite shoot. For proofed photography, from when you submit your selections — and selections made after 5 pm count as received the next business day. For floor plans, from when measuring is completed on site. For video, from completion of filming.

What are the standard turnaround times?

Photography and floor plans: final files by close of business the following business day. Social and Showcase video: first draft two business days after filming. Prestige and Custom video: three business days, with colour grading completed after the final draft is approved. Express delivery before midday the next business day is available on photography and floor plans for an additional charge, requested at order time and at least 48 hours ahead.

How long do I have to download my files?

Assets are retained for approximately 90 days and then removed. Download and store your own copies — indefinite portal access and archive recovery are not guaranteed.
