BOOK PROJECT
Marrying a ‘James Bond’ influenced theme into the brand concept, our team created an elegant collection of sales materials using quality textiles to reflect the prestige of the project itself, including custom-wrapped brochure boxes, textured flyers and embellished marketing brochures.
Working closely with the acclaimed architectural team at Nicholas Day, we created a sophisticated and sultry brand for this highly bespoke development of only 5 penthouse-style residences in the premium Melbourne suburb of Toorak.
