Targeted to the downsizer market, the Cascara brand had to reinforce the message that each of its luxurious apartments were uniquely crafted. And that the lifestyle that accompanied them was part of the development’s overall package.
To give each apartment its own distinct identity, we borrowed from different themes of the local area, such as the ocean, and incorporated these into the design of brand assets. The floorplans for each residence were individually wrapped in mailing tubes and, upon purchase, buyers were gifted a hand-made resin plate that was symbolic of their new home.
